A three-year-old's recitation of Billy Collins' poem, Litany. A pure delight to watch over and over. The poem itself is an ekphrastic creation of Collin's own that uses delightful imagery to describe how one sees another. Perhaps a great starting point for students to being their own work on ekphrastic poetry as well. Full text of the poem available here: http://www.billy-collins.com/2005/06/litany_billy_co.html |
